The private gardens and a 10m x 5m swimming pool, available all year-round, offer some enticing outdoor areas for relaxing. There is also an outdoor dining area which enjoys a wonderful view of the sea, perfect anytime from breakfast to supper.
Inside, the house is particularly modern in style, and tastefully decorated, with shades of cream and brown to the fore. A cosy sitting room with TV and large sofas is accessible from outside via large patio doors, and an indoor dining room with seating for six complements an eye-catching kitchen which offers all the appliances you could want and some lovely views of the gardens.
The three bedrooms offer good flexibility and are perfect for a small to medium-sized family. As well as a double with en suite shower room, there’s a twin room and a children’s room with pull-out bed, again both with an en suite. Among the villa’s other facilities are air-conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and parking for two cars.
The resort of Benalmádena is home to some of the Costa del Sol’s best attractions, including the popular Tivoli World funfair. There are also penguins, dolphins and sea lions to meet at Selwo Marina, and plenty more aquatic creatures at the Sea Life centre. Not far away, there’s the Aquamijas water-park and Fuengirola’s Bioparc, meaning the resorts of this beautiful stretch of coast offer much more than beaches.
