The inviting Villa Izarre is located just 900 metres from the Moraira - Calpe coast road, where there is a wide choice of restaurants and only a 20-minute walk from the beach at Moraira. This villa can accommodate up to six guests and sits in pretty gardens with a spacious terrace and floodlit pool.
Out on the terrace, you will find a built-in corner barbecue, a row of sun loungers and even a pool table. Covered seating and dining areas are just stepping away from the poolside. The kidney-shaped swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and has step access. The pool can be heated on request, and a nearby outdoor fridge will keep the cool drinks coming.
Inside, the lounge features a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, and the TV offers a range of English-language satellite channels. This light and airy room also include a dining table and chairs with seating for six. An archway leads you through to the beautiful kitchen, where you have all the appliances you would expect, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
A hallway leads you to the three bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned. The main double bedroom has its en suite bathroom, while the two remaining twin rooms share the use of a family bathroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Villa Izarre’s quiet location is ideal if you want to explore Moraira without having to drive. You can access its two beaches without the need to cross the coast road, and the town has a pretty marina and an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants and bars. A little further along the coast, you can discover the delights of Jávea, one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Blanca, or head south to Calpe.
