Villa Leya is a super villa with great flexibility – it sleeps eleven, across six bedrooms made up of a master bedroom suite and two self-contained family suites. There’s also a further two bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor, so there’s bags of space, and facilities.
The ground floor is largely open plan but each area is clearly defined. There’s a lovely sitting area with modern fireplace, comfy leather sofas, flat-screen television and sound system. Just across from here is a super dining room with plenty of room for everyone, and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and, like the rest of the villa, has a luxurious feel – there are all the modern appliances you could need, as well as an island unit with breakfast bar and stools – so the chef won’t feel tucked away in this sociable space.
The first of the family suites is on the ground floor – it’s completely self-contained, with a kitchen, dining area, living room with television, two double en-suite bedrooms and a dressing room. Up on the first floor is the second family suite, the facilities are the same as the one downstairs, but one of the bedrooms is a single. There’s also a guest WC. Keep going and you’ll find the master bedroom on this level, it’s got a real 5 Star luxury hotel feel, with its own dressing room and private balcony. The bathroom is spectacular with a large walk-in rain shower and even its own hammam.
On the lower ground floor, and available for separate rental (contact Oliver’s Travels for more details) there’s another two bedroom self-contained apartment. It has two double en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, gym with fitness equipment and a laundry room.
Head outside and you’ll find a wonderful private swimming pool – overlooked by a bar area, so have a dip, grab a drink and sit on the comfy outdoor chairs to dry off. The garden has grassy areas as well as mature trees for shade, so it’s great if you want to keep out of the sun during the heat of the day. There are various terraces, so plenty of room to be sociable and enjoy lunch all together, or take yourself off with a good book for a bit of peace and quiet. Either way, Villa Leya has everything you’ll need.
