The villa has been constructed with a contemporary finish inside and out and across its exterior grounds. Heavy use of floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors throughout the entirety of the house, bask it in natural sunlight and emphasises the lofty and open spaces indoors! Stylish furniture and décor help ensure that this modern villa captivates its guests and gives them unlimited luxury at their disposal!
The multi-level lounge area supports the entire capacity of the villa and is thus the central place that guests can gather to enjoy each others company. Lofty and elegantly designed, guests are invited to snuggle up on elongated sofas and watch the large satellite television! On this floor, you will find a delightful dining table able to host the villa's capacity and upstairs, another more cosy lounge area, complete with an additional television!
Whip up meals in the fully-equipped kitchen that sits on the ground floor! Sleek and fantastically designed, you will have everything you need to cook anything from light meals to exorbitant, huge feasts!
Continuing the use of wood as seen throughout the villa, the five bedrooms that lie in this villa boast a more traditional style than the up-to-date designs found throughout other rooms and spaces in this villa! Each has been given a splash of colour, and all the rooms feature double beds with soft curtains to make your rest more intimate and cosy! The villa provides a bathroom on the ground floor but to demonstrate the luxury and convenience that is commonplace here; each room comes with an en-suite bathroom and access to either the patio or wrap-around terrace upstairs!
Guests can relax outside, on the plush and dapper sofas that sit under the roof and on the patio! Why not feast alfresco on the dining table that also sits in this area! To one side of the villa, a grassy lawn has been immaculately presented, hosting more chances for alfresco meals with the provision of a gazebo and dining area.
Digest meals afterwards, courtesy of the hammock, or if you don't want to sway, you can opt for one of the many sun-loungers here and around the entirety of the exterior. Step around to the loungers on the wooden patio at the other side of the exterior to truly absorb some sun-rays and if you get too hot, jump right into the focal point of the garden, the massive outdoor private pool! /n Security deposit /n €2,500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 - 7.30 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
