Downstairs is a spacious open plan area with a modern kitchen which overlooks the main lounge and dining area, blending clean white walls with bright touches of colour that add a warm, family-friendly atmosphere to each room. Also downstairs are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor, with four double rooms, two twin rooms and three bathrooms. Each room offers plenty of space to relax and store any belongings, so all guests can enjoy the benefits of their own privacy. There is an additional living area with a TV so there is plenty of space to relax or have a game of billiards or ping pong in the garage converted games room.
A sliding patio door opens from the living area, out to the terrace and private pool which has a child safety fence, where you can relax after busy days exploring the parks, with a glass of chilled wine. There is a lovely outdoor dining table, so you can dine outside, making the most of the warm climate long in to the evenings.
