Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. You will find two lovely twin bedrooms separated by a smart Jack & Jill bathroom and a wonderful king bedroom. The king boasts a lovely calm grey colour scheme and has direct access to the lower decked terrace with lounge furniture. It has use of the sensational contemporary family bathroom with its double walk-in shower.

The first floor is home to the striking open plan living space and a cinema room, perfect for when young ones want to chill with a movie. The living space takes full advantage of the stunning views with its fully glazed rear elevation. This double height aspect with glass reaching the vaulted ceiling, illuminates this stunning room and creates a huge airy space. Sumptuous sofas and chairs surround the feature inset wood burning stove, creating a lovely family spot for board games or chatting about the day’s activities. You can dine with a view or pop out to the balcony to relax and enjoy the nature. The kitchen offers stone coloured glossy cabinets, a Nespresso coffee machine, a wine fridge, a central island perfect for guests keeping the chef company and gorgeous stone worktops. Just off the kitchen is another first floor decked balcony set up for alfresco dining with a barbecue.  

Stairs lead to the open mezzanine area which boasts extraordinary views through the apex windows as well as table football for fun. The mezzanine leads to the master bedroom suite. Like much of the house, it enjoys gorgeous teal colour schemes. It also boasts a contemporary open plan shower area with a double shower and his and hers sinks plus a separate toilet. Again, vaulted ceilings are a very attractive feature. You will certainly want to linger in this lavish bedroom!

Two of the ground floor bedrooms enjoy access to the enclosed lakeside deck. Children will be overjoyed by the trampoline!
