Villa Belita is a newly built Mallorcan style house, just walking distance from the small village of Selva, an authentic Mallorcan village surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains and impressive lush countryside.
The villa is bright and spacious throughout, with a contemporary design giving way to plenty of natural light and modern furnishings. The villa offers you those luxuries you’ve been waiting for along with some personal touches from the owner making the property feel like a home away from home, that you can truly settle in to. Spread over two floors, there is plenty of space for everyone.
On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, from which you can access the first floor as well as a modern kitchen, dining room and living room, all offering views out to the external areas of the villa through large glass windows. On this floor there is one en-suite double bedroom and a guest toilet. The first floor provides 2 further en-suite double bedrooms, both with terraces and a master en-suite room with its own terrace, walk-in wardrobe and lounge area.
If you are looking to fully relax without cooking, the housekeeper can prepare breakfast for an additional 10€ per person per day. She is an excellent cook and can also prepare delicious local dishes for lunch or dinner, using fresh products grown in the vegetable plot, just behind the house. The price is 45€ per person excluding drinks. The meal consists of three courses all prepared from fresh ingredients either from the garden or local markets.
Outside in Villa Belita there is ample room to play and explore, the large private swimming pool is a popular feature of the property along with the outdoor dining area and barbecue! The beautiful property can be rented for venues, events and weddings, for a truly unique experience. /n Security deposit /n €500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
