Located on the Aroeira Golf Resort, Casa Silva is a spacious five-bedroom villa with plenty of space for up to ten guests. Just a pleasant 5km drive the nature reserve from the beach and around 25km from Lisbon itself, the villa is in a great location with views over the golf course, a private pool and a host of resort facilities nearby. Casa Silva provides the ideal home away from home for families, groups of friends or multiple couples looking to switch off and spend some time in the sun with loved ones.
On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen with a small breakfast table, plenty of prep space and appliances. The spacious living room has a corner sofa and a flat screen TV for guests to get together and relax. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining room, where guests can dine together. Guests will also find a double bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped bathroom. Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms, including the master suite and three twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom, while the master bedroom has its own en suite. Each of the bedrooms offer serenity and comfort, ensuring that guests feel at home during their stay in the villa. The bathrooms are also a good size with a modern finished.
Outside, there is a large garden, a private swimming pool, as well as a lovely outdoor dining area. Around the swimming pool, guests will find no shortage of sun loungers where they can switch off and read a good book. The spacious garden and the swing set will provide lots of fun for the children! The outdoor dining facilities also provide the perfect setting for guests to prepare and enjoy delicious alfresco meals together.
