Perched on the hill-side of the sublime Istrian coastline, enjoying panoramic views over the sea, Cres Island and the mountain-side, Villa Polica is an utterly modern, traditionally styled luxury villa for up to eight guests.
Built in just 2013, on this breath-taking site by the water, the villa is sleek and stylish, with all the contemporary comforts you could wish for. In the large dining room, you will see a prime example of this seamless fusion of a rustic, traditional style and more modern furnishings, with exposed stone walls, tiled flooring and bold décor alongside a wall of windows with sea views.
The two living rooms are considerably more modern-looking, with large sofas in front of a Satellite TV, modern art adorning the walls and a soft palette of wood and ivory tones. There are two kitchens, one alongside each living room on each the ground floor and the first-floor. Both are spacious and modern and feature a casual breakfast table.
There are three bedrooms, all on the second floor. There are two doubles and one twin, designed in a perfectly minimal style, with beautiful wooden flooring. Both doubles have access to a private terrace on the second floor, overlooking the sea and Cres Island. One of the twins has an ensuite bathroom while the other two share a family bathroom.
There is a third bathroom on the first floor. All three bathrooms are modern with spacious showers. The large garden has a little something for everyone. For the whole group, there’s the fabulous pool, perched right on the edge of the hill for the best views. With heating and lovely lighting in the pool, you can make the most of this exquisite location whatever the time or weather!
There are a barbeque and alfresco dining area, too, ensuring you need never return to the indoors! Six sun loungers around the pool are the perfect place to soak up the sunshine, while the spacious lawn offers tons of room for the kids to play in, and there’s even a swing for them to play on.
Just 5 minutes away from Učka Nature Park, a sprawling protected area with hiking routes leading to canyons, waterfalls and historic sites, you’ll find an unspoilt nature a stone’s throw away.
