Villa Balcarha is a detached villa situated in the district of Sesmarias, sleeping up to eight guests. It sits on a closed plot, making it perfect for larger groups or families seeking privacy while also having easy access to amenities and activities.
Villa Balcarha has a comfortable indoor space with an open-plan living and dining room, perfect for relaxing after a delicious meal. From the living and dining area, the outside space is clearly visible, so you can watch the kids playing outside. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric coffee machine. On the ground floor, there is one twin bedroom and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, both of which have access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there are the last two bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to the balcony.
The outdoor space has a large, private swimming pool and plenty of outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also a partially sheltered balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset from your room. What’s great about this outdoor space is the fact that you can dine outside with the barbecue while taking in the views of the surrounding area.
Villa Balcarha has everything you could possibly want, whether it be a quiet relaxing space, a romantic spot in beautiful surroundings or a quiet space for a family! /n Security deposit /n €200 to be paid in cash upon arrival and later refunded, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
