Arriving at Villa Carvoeiro, you’ll immediately notice the spacious plot, which is completely surrounded by walls, fences and plantlife, providing you with the utmost privacy during your stay. The villa is situated on a quiet street in a residential neighbourhood, making it the perfect home away from home.
Upon entry, cosy traditional decor helps you to feel at home with cool tiled floors and clean white-washed walls.
Your main living area is spacious and well-presented, comprised of a combination living room and diner. A large L-shaped sofa offers plenty of seating with a TV for your viewing. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious home-cooked meals during your stay, with the nearest supermarket less than a five-minute drive away.
Villa Carvoeiro can comfortably accommodate up to six guests spread across three comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom features a double bed with its own private en-suite bathroom, two of which feature showers and ground-level terraces. The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a balcony with spectacular sea views and a private bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi bath.
Outside, you have a spacious garden and patio area all to yourselves, complete with a barbecue which is yours to use whenever you like. A second dining space is also available on the outdoor terrace, making it perfect for light lunches and casual evening meals. Just steps away from the villa is a large private swimming pool complete with sunloungers.
Outside you’ll also find that Villa Carvoeiro has a private driveway with space for two small cars, which is accessible via a lockable gate. There’s also a garage should you require additional parking space. /n Security deposit /n A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Above €1,500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage. Air conditioning has an extra cost of €160 per week to be paid with the balance. /n Linen & towels included? /n Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price. /n Pets welcome? /n Not allowed. /n Other Ts and Cs /n There is an extra charge of €30 per booking as reservation costs to be paid locally. /n Changeover day /n Saturday. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Not permitted. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights /n Heating costs included? /n Not included in the rental price, extra €20 per day to be paid with the balance. /n Pool heating charge? /n For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €175 per week (to be paid with the balance). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. /n Tax /n The property manager has advised that the cost of tourist tax for this villa will be 112€ and will be collected by the property manager prior to arrival.
