There is a stylish, contemporary kitchen; perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy on the sunny terrace. Take a break from cooking by utilising a private chef who can cook fabulous meals to enjoy as a group! The living room is beautiful and bright, with a skylight, so as you lie back on the sofa, you can gaze up at the clear blue skies above! There is also a spacious dining room, cosy, movie room and games space with a pool table. One of the most popular features has to be the private gym, great for those who enjoy a more active relaxation. All the four bedrooms are spacious, with gorgeous views, luxurious king-size beds and two have en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional single sofa bed in the study.
Out on the terrace, the breath-taking views can be appreciated in their full extent, overlooking the charming town of Mellieħa and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. The private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There are comfortable sun loungers where you can top up your tan and finish off your favourite summer book! The limits applicable to villa are detailed below. The applicable allowance is generous and should more than suffice on normal usage. However, if lights and particularly air-conditioning are unnecessarily left on when not in the room or if the water is left running for no reason the allowance would be exceeded.
In the event that you have used more than the allowance for the property, the additional usage will be charged at current rates and invoiced accordingly on check-out:

In addition to mains electric the Villa has 21 high-functioning photovoltaic panels on the roof which more than supports the electricity intake for the daily operation of the Villa such as pool pump, automatic irrigation and outdoor security lights.
