The bold and bright villa terracotta, located just outside Palafrugell, is your ideal base for a family holiday in Costa Brava. Just a short drive from the very popular Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc coastal towns and within easy reach of some of the most beautiful calas and beaches in the area, there is no better base to explore the wonders of this magical region.
The newly designed modern villa offers a stylish interior and a fun, carefree atmosphere, perfect for relaxed holidays with friends and family. It's "L" shape around the pool means all rooms in the house (including all bedrooms) have direct access to the lush gardens, pool and common seating areas outside.
The single-level airy house comprises of a spacious open living room and kitchen with very high ceilings and sliding glass doors throughout. From the living room, you have access to the loft area via a chic glass staircase. The loft is a calm area ideal for reading and boasts an exceptional view of the region.
Villa Terracotta can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There is a delightful master bedroom with private luxury shower room. One further double bedroom and two single rooms with bunk beds are also available. These three rooms all share a bathroom.
Outside the fun never stops! A great pool with a shallow level for the little ones, perfect green grass and decks around, a dining table in the terrace and a separate covered seated area ideal for long evening dinners, plus a large games area in the back equipped with a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop and a trampoline! /n Security deposit /n Credit cards details may be requested as guarantee /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
