The villa itself has a classic, homely feel, with modern features designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Spread over two floors, the villa boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of room for a group of twelve to relax. Guests can find quiet corners to enjoy some alone time and fabulous social spaces where you can make the most of quality time together away from busy day to day lives.
The ground floor offers the main entertaining space, with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, all naturally lit by the famous Florida sun that shines in through bright patio doors. This social living space is perfect for families, with kids crashing out on the sofas, while adults chat around the kitchen island, sharing a bottle of chilled wine while preparing an evening feast for the rest of the family. The modern open-plan layout is softened by traditional furnishings, adding warmth and to the large space. There is nothing better than lying back on one of the sofas, basking in the natural light that streams in through this double-height space.
Throughout the rest of the villa, you will find the four bedrooms, one downstairs and three upstairs, as well as a second living room on the ground floor. The second living area offers moments of respite for large groups, giving you a quiet space to tuck yourself away and finish off your summer read, or allowing kids to escape in the evening, putting on their favourite film and drifting off after all the excitement of the day. There are three double bedrooms and a bedroom with two double beds, as well as a playroom with two-day beds, perfect for little ones to enjoy.
Outside, Villa Quinn offers its own outdoor terrace and private swimming pool, with space for you to relax in the sun, making the most of every moment in the Sunshine State! /n Security deposit /n $60 damage waiver fee, to be paid at time of booking.

However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
