Backing onto the green fairways of the Reunion Resort golf course, Villa Finley offers you a comfortable retreat from which you can enjoy the magic of Florida. This simple and homely villa has ample room for twelve guests, so you can rock up with your whole family, offloading your bags in the hall and heading out to enjoy the famous Florida sun and beautiful views out back.
Set over two floors, Villa Finley boasts five bedrooms and two spacious living rooms, creating vast amounts of space for you to spread out and relax. The décor feels homely, with large squishy sofas and dark wooden furniture. On the ground floor, the villa opens out into a fabulous open-plan living space, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Glass doors allow you views of the terrace and, combined with the double-height ceiling over the dining table, light floods the space, making the room feel spacious and bright. This is a room to truly relax as a group, enjoying each other’s company even while occupied with different tasks.
The garage has been converted into a large media room. Boasting a pool table, table tennis and a flat-screen TV; kids can hide themselves away, challenging each other to tournaments! The laundry room might also come in handy after busy days at the nearby theme parks; the water parks can prove particularly messy!
The villa’s five bedrooms are spread over both floors, with two double rooms on the ground floor and the remaining bedrooms upstairs. As you climb the staircase, the landing accommodates another living room, with comfy sofas and a large 3D television with Xbox Kinnect and a games table, where you can curl up and watch movies, seeing your favourite Disney characters parading across the screen! Each of the three bedrooms on this floor has its own en-suite, with two double rooms and a twin room boasting two double beds.
Outside in the sun is where you can enjoy the best of Villa Finley. The terrace wraps around the villa with loads of seating for you to relax from. The private pool takes pride of place in front of the views, encouraging you to hop in and cool off, soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. With an upper terrace as well, you can get the best of the sun all day long! /n Security deposit /n $75 damage waiver fee, to be paid at time of booking.
