This bright and spacious villa offers both spacious family rooms, as well as quiet corners where you can enjoy time to yourself. The furnishings are modern and stylish throughout, with a simple layout that creates an easy flow for guests to meander around the house with ease. Spread over two floors, you can make yourself at home, enjoying the little luxuries that Villa Beverly has to offer.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are all on the upper floor, with three doubles, three twins and two contemporary bathrooms between them. All the rooms have ample storage, so you can un-pack and settle in from the moment you arrive. Also, upstairs, guests will find a second relaxed living area and a cinema room, perfect for cosy evenings in!
Downstairs, the main living area is open-plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, sociable dining area and a lounge, all benefitting from sunlight that floods in through the patio doors. The kitchen has modern appliances and space for several guests to cook together, with the hardest decision being whether to dine inside or out! The dining table seats twelve guests, perfect for long evening meals catching up with your loved ones. This whole room is perfect for those moment when you want to be close to your friends and family, even when occupied with different things, with some guests catching up on TV, others playing cards around the table and others sneaking snacks from the fridge!
Outside, the terrace allows you to feel the warmth of the Florida sunshine on your skin, lying back on a sun lounger and topping up your sun tan, or sipping a glass of chilled wine after busy days exploring the parks. Villa Beverly has something for everyone, an ideal holiday escape.
