In addition, this wonderful holiday home is one of nine homes in a gated estate within the estate and offers shared exclusive access to a small outdoor swimming pool which is heated and open in high season, a well-equipped gym and a sauna. Guests staying at Teal House can also use any of the estate facilities and participate in relaxing and adventurous activities. Quality family time is definitely on the agenda, along with some fabulous well-being treats. The lakes offer canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding and fishing. The award-winning spa boasts fantastic luxury treatments, a steam room, sauna and three gorgeous swimming pools, one of which is a bracing eco-pool naturally filtered by water lilies. There are tennis courts, an outstanding children’s playground, a library, a ‘restful reading’ lounge and a very well equipped Technogym. Yoga is on the menu, as well as lakeside exercise classes and watersports tuition. Children’s clubs operate during peak holiday times offering fun, entertainment, crafts, sports and some healthy competition.

Teal House is detached with four gorgeous bedrooms and excellent entertainment spaces. The ground floor offers spacious, modern, open plan living together with access to the beautiful enclosed deck for alfresco dining. With warm oak flooring throughout, the living space offers a chef’s dream of a kitchen with large top-notch appliances, Silestone worktops, lots of cupboards and a stylish glass breakfast bar. It is the perfect spot to open a bottle of wine and chat to the chef while a feast is being prepared. Luxury sofas adorned with vivid red cushions to match the cheery curtains surround the modern log burning stove. There is also a huge television for your enjoyment. Guests can dine on the bespoke dining table that matches the kitchen.

Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a fabulous master bedroom suite, a further double room and a twin bedroom as well as an immaculate family bathroom. The master is exquisite with a calm colour palette accented with blues and greens, a lovely private balcony where you can enjoy fabulous lake views and a smart ensuite bathroom. The room is bright and beautiful with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows. The double is a delight with a pale teal colour scheme. The twin is very pretty.
