Starling House is beautifully presented and enjoys high quality fittings throughout. It is a detached holiday home with four gorgeous bedrooms and excellent entertainment spaces. The fully glazed rear elevation provides stunning ‘picture postcard’ views over the beautiful Somerford Lagoon. The ground floor offers spacious, modern, open plan living with the kitchen and dining areas slightly tucked away from the lounge. Lovely oak flooring runs throughout along with underfloor heating. The chef’s dream of a kitchen features dazzling white glossy units and top-notch appliances. You will certainly be dining with a view. Luxury sofas adorned with colourful cushions surround the contemporary real flame gas fire. Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors open to the beautiful decked terrace and lush lawn which leads to the lake. The views are an absolute delight and are uninterrupted. Quality garden furniture rests on the lawn and terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks. You may want to look for the plentiful wildlife and listen to the bird’s morning chorus.
Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a fabulous king bedroom with a beautiful en-suite bathroom and direct access to a balcony, a second king room with balcony access and a delightful double bedroom as well as an immaculate family bathroom. The second floor is home to a super king bedroom with a separate shower room and access to the outside roof terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all styled beautifully.
The lakes offer canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding and fishing. The award-winning spa boasts fantastic luxury treatments, a steam room, sauna and three gorgeous swimming pools, one of which is a bracing eco-pool naturally filtered by water lilies.
