The ground floor, three bedroom apartment sleeps six guests very comfortably and benefits from a west facing aspect with an outdoor furnished deck and a beautiful shared garden adjoining the lake. It is within a five minute walk of the resort style activity hub, on-site luxury spa, swimming pools and restaurant.
Sandpiper House is contemporary, swanky and a perfect base for a family wanting to enjoy the nature outdoors and some competitive and fun activities. Your week will be thoroughly enjoyable with so much choice on offer. It is the perfect place to meet new friends so it is not surprising that many visitors return year after year so that they can meet up again. You may want tuition in a new sport, to get fit in the Technogym, to indulge yourself with some pampering in the spa, to swim in the bracing eco-pool naturally filtered by water lilies, or perhaps the indoor one if the weather isn’t too good or you might want to treat yourself to a few relaxing yoga sessions. There are miles of riverside and lakeside trails to meander and BMX mountain bike tracks. If you don’t take your own bikes, you can hire them. Perhaps you may want to practice your serve or just enjoy lovely family picnics in dreamy, picturesque spots without having to drive anywhere. There are nine lakes and two rivers within the ‘resort’ and a fascinating collection of resident birds, otters and other animals. During peak holiday seasons, children’s clubs offer a huge range of activities. There is a useful on-site shop and a wonderful restaurant which also has its own pizza ovens, perfect for takeways.
Sandpiper House is a great example of contemporary waterside living. Within the apartment you will find a beautifully appointed master bedroom suite for Mum and Dad. It boasts a pristine en-suite bathroom with a huge shower. There is another double bedroom with lovely throws and cushions adorning the bed and a fun bunk bed room. Though children may think this is the perfect place for late night chatter and midnight feasts, they will probably be far too exhausted after all the action! The smart family bathroom offers a bath with a shower attachment.
The bright and airy living area is open plan in design with huge bi-fold doors opening onto the large covered deck. The living room is elegant and serene with a lovely squishy corner sofa, modern dining furniture and a very stylish, glossy, well equipped kitchen. The deck is wonderful with deluxe outdoor lounge furniture and alfresco dining.
