The ground floor of Pochard boasts stunning, open plan contemporary living at its best together with a games room which will delight the youngsters in your party. With two walls almost fully comprised of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, the living space is bright and beautiful. A gorgeous turquoise sofa and trendy nest egg rattan chairs are perfectly placed to enjoy the lake views, the contemporary wood burning stove and the huge ceiling mounted television. A rustic dining table is surrounded by benches and chairs that colour match the sofa. The immaculate glossy kitchen will delight the chef and features a breakfast bar with colour matched stools as well as outstanding appliances. The huge doors open to a splendid ground floor deck which offers deluxe alfresco dining furniture and a gas barbecue. The views are astonishing. You will be racing to this perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee. The lush lawn in front of the deck runs to the lake. The ground floor also boasts the excellent and popular games room, a great hangout with a pool table.

The first floor is home to the marvelous master bedroom suite with its king-size bed, glorious en-suite shower room and a private balcony offering magical views of the lake. The turquoise theme continues with trendy chairs on the balcony. There is another exquisite double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and private balcony with a trendy rattan bistro set.  The gorgeous twin bedroom enjoys a lovely feature wall and the children’s bunk room is a fun place to be. There is also an outstanding family bathroom. All of Pochard’s bathrooms are beautifully tiled and immaculate.

Pochard also enjoys an excellent roof terrace. This beautiful sun trap boasts loungers and a bistro table with the far end covered in astroturf. It is a wonderful spot for sunbathing, reading your holiday book or enjoying a cool glass of wine while watching the sun go down.
