Set in very pretty, picturesque water gardens, Livingstone House offers spacious contemporary accommodation for eight guests. Livingstone House is beautifully decorated throughout and has the added benefit of a fabulous roof top terrace where guests can enjoy alfresco dining and stunning views across this wonderful estate. The estate is prestigious, luxurious and beautiful. It offers much entertainment and excellent facilities within its hundreds of acres of lush greenspace.

Just ten of the estate’s holiday homes are situated within the Water Garden so it is peaceful as well as being very pretty with little bridges and lily ponds throughout. The ground floor of Livingstone House boasts stunning, open plan contemporary living at its best. With two walls almost fully comprised of floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors, the living space is bright and airy. A gorgeous L-shaped sumptuous sofa adorned with colourful cushions takes pride of place for relaxation and to enjoy both the gorgeous views and the modern log burner. Guests can enjoy the television, DVD player and a huge selection of DVD’s. The contemporary wood-effect kitchen will delight the chef and offers gorgeous stone work surfaces, a sociable breakfast bar, a double oven and other top-notch appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a modern, stylish dining table with benches for indoor dining. The quality bi-fold doors open to a splendid south facing ground floor deck which floats over the water. It is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or a pre-dinner drink. You will not want to leave this relaxing retreat. The ground floor also boasts a utility room which is home to a washing machine and dryer, butler sink, toilet and a useful cupboard for coats and boots.  

The first floor is home to the marvelous master bedroom suite with its king-size bed, luxury en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony offering stunning views and trendy bistro furniture. All of the bathrooms in this wonderful holiday home feature fantastic tiles with lovely textures. The second double bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony offering bistro coffee table and chairs and lovely views over Spinney Lake. There is a further double bedroom and a twin, all beautifully finished. The outstanding family bathroom boasts a bath and a separate.

Livingstone House enjoys another huge plus which is the excellent roof terrace. It offers alfresco dining, a barbecue and another area with astroturf, perfect for sunbathing or reading your holiday book. The roof terrace is a fantastic area for entertaining and enjoys views over the whole estate.

Livingstone House enjoys a wonderful water garden position on this first class development in the Cotswolds. Guests enjoy the hundreds of acres of lush greenspace, brimming with lakes, rivers, stunning picnic spots, woodland and miles of beautiful hiking and biking trails as well as a massive variety of activities and facilities.
