Larch House is a gorgeous, contemporary, first floor apartment sleeping 4 guests. It boasts a very large balcony overlooking the beautiful and tranquil Swillbrook Lake and Nature Reserve. Larch House would suit a small family or two couples. The apartment also features a put-up bed in the lounge area that can be used for one extra guest, should there be 5 of you.

The ‘resort’, just south of Cirencester, boasts hundreds of acres of lush greenery including nine beautiful lakes, two rivers, stunning picnic spots and miles of lakeside and river trails. There is a wealth of resident wildlife. You will certainly appreciate the space and stunning scenery. You may be looking to get away from it all and chill with a good book, enjoy walking with fresh country air, bird-watch, visit the fabulous historic houses and beautiful gardens of the Cotswolds or learn a new sport. Or perhaps you want to relax and paddle about on the water, play tennis, enjoy bike rides, indulge yourself with luxurious spa treatments, swim or get fit. It is very easy to achieve all of those things when you are staying at Larch House.
Larch House enjoys a westerly aspect with its lovely balcony enjoying fabulous panoramic views of Swillbrook Lake. Outdoor dining furniture is provided as well as lounge seating so that you can enjoy alfresco dining with a view. It really is a lovely spot where you can watch the sun rise over the lake and go down later in the day. If you have children with you, there is plenty of space to play on the balcony.
Inside, the apartment offers a modern open plan living space with a well-equipped, glossy, contemporary stone coloured kitchen, dining for four and a lovely lounge area with high class grey sofas and chairs. The cream, stone and grey colour palettes are calm and elegant. Double doors lead onto the balcony.
Both bedrooms are doubles. They enjoy floor-to-ceiling glass doors which open directly to the balcony. You can laze in bed with the doors open and enjoy the sensational lake views. What bliss! Both beds are adorned with delightful soft furnishings. The bedrooms boast immaculate, dazzling ensuite bathrooms, all in white.
Children also have the opportunity to make lots of new friends when staying at Larch House at peak holiday children’s clubs and thoughout the grounds.
