Whether you are looking to get away from it all and chill with a good book, enjoy walking in the fabulous outdoors, bird-watching, visiting fabulous historic houses and beautiful gardens, learning a new sport, whether you want to relax and paddle about on the water, play tennis, enjoy bike rides, indulge yourself with luxurious spa treatments, swim or get fit, everything is possible when staying at this fabulous three bedroom apartment. Goldcrest House is perfect for a family holiday. Though fairly compact, it really is a wonderful base to explore the estate and take part in thrilling activities. Set within hundreds of acres of lush green countryside including nine beautiful lakes, two rivers, stunning picnic spots and miles of lakeside and river trails, your family will enjoy quality family time. Children also have the opportunity to make lots of new friends. You might find yourselves wanting to come back year after year! Water adventures including canoeing, kayaking and fishing are on offer with tuition during school holidays and peak times. The spa offers fantastic luxury treatments, a steam room, sauna and three gorgeous swimming pools, one of which is a bracing eco-pool naturally filtered by water lilies. In addition, there are heated indoor and outdoor pools. Guests are also welcome to use the library, a ‘restful reading’ lounge, tennis courts and the Technogym. During peak holiday seasons, children’s clubs offer a huge range of activities. Bikes and watercraft are available for hire. Not only are there numerous pretty picnic spots, families can enjoy hot chocolate and marshmallows by the fire in the woods. There is a useful on-site shop and a wonderful restaurant which also has its own pizza ovens, perfect for takeways if you do not want to cook.

Goldcrest House is located within the attractive Leda Apartments. It is a great example of contemporary waterside living, enjoying a westerly facing aspect and views of the beautiful and peaceful Swillbrook Lake. The apartment boasts three gorgeous bedrooms. There is a beautifully appointed master for Mum and Dad with a dazzling en-suite shower room. There is a lovely twin with beautiful pictures, cushions and throws, all offering bright colour pops against the brilliant white walls plus there is a bunk bed room, a child’s dream. The family bathroom offers a bath with shower attachment.

The living area is open plan in design with huge bi-fold doors opening onto the large covered deck. It all feels like one and brings the beautiful outside in. The living room is bright and beautiful with gorgeous trendy furniture and a very stylish, well equipped kitchen. Even though the interior is stunning, you really will want to head for the glamorous deck. It is so comfortable with deluxe furniture and it is perfect for family barbecues with a view.
