It is a great example of contemporary waterside living, enjoying a westerly facing aspect and views of the beautiful and peaceful Swillbrook Lake. The apartment boasts three gorgeous bedrooms. There is a beautifully appointed master for Mum and Dad with a dazzling en-suite shower room. There is a lovely twin with beautiful pictures, cushions and throws, all offering bright colour pops against the brilliant white walls plus there is a bunk bed room, a child’s dream. The family bathroom offers a bath with shower attachment.
The living area is open plan in design with huge bi-fold doors opening onto the large covered deck. It all feels like one and brings the beautiful outside in. The living room is bright and beautiful with gorgeous trendy furniture and a very stylish, well equipped kitchen. Even though the interior is stunning, you really will want to head for the glamorous deck. It is so comfortable with deluxe furniture and it is perfect for family barbecues with a view.
