Whether you are looking to get away from it all and chill with a good book, enjoy walking in the fabulous outdoors, bird-watching, visiting fabulous historic houses and beautiful gardens, learning a new sport, whether you want to relax and paddle about on the water, play tennis, enjoy bike rides, indulge yourself with luxurious spa treatments, swim or get fit, everything is possible when staying at the stylish Coombs House. Set within hundreds of acres of lush green countryside including nine beautiful lakes, two rivers, stunning picnic spots and miles of lakeside and river trails, guests enjoy quality family and friends time. Water adventures including canoeing, kayaking and fishing are on offer. The spa offers fantastic luxury treatments, a steam room, sauna and three gorgeous swimming pools, one of which is a bracing eco-pool naturally filtered by water lilies in addition to the heated indoor and outdoor pools. Guests are also welcome to use the library, a ‘restful reading’ lounge, tennis courts and the Technogym. During peak holiday seasons, children’s clubs offer a huge range of activities. Bikes and watercraft are available for hire. Not only are there numerous pretty picnic spots, you can also enjoy hot chocolate and marshmallows by the fire in the woods. There is an on-site shop and restaurant. You really do not need to go anywhere though the idyllic villages and towns of the Cotswolds await, as well as all the parks, gardens, arboretum’s and historic houses.

Coombs House is immaculate and extremely tasteful. The open plan living area is an absolute delight. It boasts a striking double height atrium and a serious amount of glazing to the rear elevation making this a very bright and airy space. Doors open to the decked terrace and large lawned garden. You really will enjoy many evenings dining alfresco using the barbecue and enjoying the stunning lake views. It is so easy to relax here listening to the sounds of the birds or your favourite soundtracks from the Bluetooth enabled home cinema system. Inside you will find a stylish array of lounge seating, all perfectly positioned to enjoy, not only the views, but the trendy wood burning stove on cooler evenings. The vast dining table is located in the atrium area with fun, colour pop chairs for all. Also fun are the numerous paintings of butterflies on the walls. A large 3D enabled television with a wireless home cinema system and DVD player will entertain. The kitchen will delight the chef in your group. It is very smart and very well equipped. There is a separate laundry room.

The first floor is home to the master bedroom suite, a twin bedroom, a bunk bed room and a very smart family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room and access to a balcony with stunning views and outdoor furniture, perfect for your early cup of tea. The bunk bed room is ideal for children and also comes with a pull out truckle bed for an extra guest. The twin features zip and link beds that can be set up as a double if required.

The second floor offers a further delightful double bedroom, another twin and another family bathroom.
