Chaffinch House packs a punch and is a real show stopper. The lavish living spaces flow beautifully with gorgeous oak floors and the main areas open plan in design. A fabulous, dazzling white, contemporary kitchen offers the chef outstanding appliances and looks beautiful with its marbled splash back and black granite work surfaces. It leads immediately to the elegant dining area with smart recessed bench type seating as well as trendy chairs. This flows to the calm, exquisite lounge area with its sumptuous sofas, wood burning stove for cooler evenings and stunning views with the rear elevation comprised almost totally of floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The lake views are sensational. Tucked around the corner from the main lounge area, you will find a gorgeous snug with a huge wall mounted television and squishy sofas, the perfect spot for snuggling up and watching a film.
On the first floor you will find the magnificent master bedroom suite with its king-size four poster bed, en-suite shower room and a private furnished terrace overlooking the lake. What a dreamy room! There is also another remarkable double room with a luxurious five foot bed enjoying lakeside views and opulent soft furnishings and a delightful twin bedroom. The family bathroom boasts an extravagant slate floor and a shower over the bath.
The second floor is home to a further swanky double bedroom with another spacious luxury family bathroom. The styling of this amazing holiday home is second-to-none. It is beautiful, elegant with a rich, sumptuous, luxurious ambience. The marble bathroom with its stand-alone bath will surely have guests waiting to use it!

The pool is open from Easter until the 31st of October and is surrounded with deluxe loungers and a wonderful outdoor double bed under a pergola. There are also outdoor changing facilities. All you need to do now is book the house, arrange for watercraft to be delivered to your mooring and you are ready to go!
Within this exclusive estate, visitors enjoy the very best of the great outdoors along with a wonderful array of activities. The activities and facilities include fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, windsurfing, paddle boarding and birdwatching on the lakes, a luxury spa with sauna, steam room and three swimming pools, a ‘restful reading’ lounge, tennis courts and a fabulously well equipped Technogym.
