The exclusive, first class development boasts hundreds of acres of stunning greenspace, including nine lakes, two rivers, woodland, miles of biking and hiking paths and enchanting picnic spots. It offers an incredible range of ‘resort’ style facilities and activities. Guests can choose to relax, meandering the beautiful trails spotting the resident wildlife, paddling on boats on the lakes or enjoying the luxury spa facilities or they can enjoy some competitive sports, get fit or learn a new water sport. The on-site luxury spa boasts a steam room, sauna and three swimming pools, one indoor, one outdoor and one a bracing eco-pool naturally filtered by water lilies. There is also a library, a ‘restful reading’ lounge, tennis courts, a brilliant children’s playground, a restaurant and a Technogym. Guests enjoy kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, boating and fishing and on the lakes. This is the perfect spot for multi-generational holidays and meeting up with friends.

The master bedroom suite enjoys a wallpapered feature wall and an immaculate en-suite shower room as well as direct access to the terrace. Beautiful soft furnishings adorn the comfortable bed. The second deluxe bedroom is another dreamy space with beautiful furnishings, accessories and a smart en-suite bathroom.
The living space is simply gorgeous with a sumptuous corner sofa, matching pouffe and trendy scatter floor cushions. The glossy, stone coloured kitchen is contemporary and perfect for preparing some delicious meals which can be enjoyed inside or alfresco on the roof terrace. With a neutral, calm colour palette throughout, there is some gorgeous, vibrant artwork with cushions adorning the sofa in colours to match.
The highlight of Buckthorn Loft is definitely the fabulous roof terrace. It is huge and offers, not only alfresco dining with a barbecue but sensational views of the estate where you can enjoy the wildlife, the sun rises, the sun sets and wonderful tranquility.
