From the moment you arrive, everything about the villa guides you out towards the stunning views over the ocean, the picturesque town and the Montgó mountain, Cabo de San Antonio. When you are inside sliding glass doors act as picture frames for the views, and when open all the barriers seem to disappear, combining the warmth and cosiness of the inside space, with the fresh breeze and openness of the surrounding landscape.
Villa Ficus offers a lovely combination of character features and modern styles, creating a relaxing ambience for the whole property. On the ground floor, the main living and dining room is spacious and bright, with a charming fireplace alongside the modern flat-screen television and music system! A beautiful oak table with space for sixteen guests to dine together offers the perfect setting for celebrations and evening meals, gathering together away from the hustle and bustle of day to day lives. The kitchen is practically brand new, with a central island where everyone can gather around as the nominated chefs prepare some delicious meals!
The five beautiful bedrooms all offer their own bathrooms, terraces and televisions, the perfect retreats when you need a private moment alone or as a couple. On the ground floor there is a double and a twin room, whilst upstairs offers two double rooms and a final twin bedroom. Each room is as lovely as the next, with picturesque views, shutters to keep the sun out and traditional beams that add a warm, homely feel to each space.
The magic of Villa Ficus is evident both inside and out, with the carefully considered layout guiding you out to each of the beautiful outdoor spaces. The main terrace offers up a refreshing private swimming pool, bordered by luxury outdoor seating, deck chairs and a popular al-fresco dining area. With a lawn where you can walk barefoot, and kids can run and play, as well as a separate summer kitchen with a barbecue, sometimes it feels there is little reason to go back inside! /n Security deposit /n €150 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 11 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €140, to be paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
