This beautiful villa has been recently renovated to provide sleek and contemporary interiors and exteriors whilst still retaining its heritage in its use of traditional elements of Ibiza style! Surrounded by nature, including trees and shrubbery, it will be hard to remember you are just a stone's throw from built-up towns and cities around you!
Indoors you will find a cosy lounge area that begs guests to come together! In the daytime recline on the plump sofas as sunlight floods the room and in the evening curl up to a movie on the satellite television! A kitchen lies past this room, and its superior design will entice you to cook at least one meal in its chic and classy settings! The kitchen comes fully-equipped, so you will be able to create and store whatever you like and a nook, with cushioned seating, admits you to wait on spreads or sip drinks in this room! Serve prepared feasts on the wooden classy table and chairs that stand in the dining area of this room, again, basked by divine sunlight through massive windows!
Six bedrooms have been divided evenly across two floors so you can bring the extended family members if they wish to come! Downstairs you have the choice of three rooms, each containing a double bed and snazzy décor. Whilst one of the rooms holds en-suite bathroom, guests who spend time on this floor have the option of using a bathroom with a sauna room, so you can sweat out your toxins!
Upstairs, a further three bedrooms are hosted! Choose from the master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning and access to a private terrace and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, or a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed with a fireplace, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub & walk-in shower. The final bedroom on this floor includes two single beds.
Outdoors, guests are privy to an assortment of areas and facilities to ensure you live your best life! Step onto the large patio and garden area where a covered terrace with seats and a table for ten make for the ideal place to have alfresco dinners! Serve meals from grilled foods, prepared on the coal barbecue and digest it all from the comfort of the sun-loungers and deck chairs! Or take to Balinese bed and have a siesta, in true Spanish style. Wake yourself up and escape from the heat in the outdoor swimming pool! /n Security deposit /n €1,500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 - 7.30 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
