Indoors, a lounge area which has been finished with jazzy décor, comfortable sofas and lovely flooring will entice guests to gather together and relax! Satellite television will help pass the time here when you are indoors in the daytime, and at night, you can turn it up a notch with the fireplace!
Head to the fully-equipped kitchen, where you are blessed with everything you need and more to whip up a storm of a meal! Store ingredients for future feasts and drinks and snacks to go! Food can be served for the four guest capacity on a dining table in the living room which will fit everybody on it!
Guests are in luck as no compromise has to be made upon where to sleep. Both bedrooms in this delightful villa offer curtained double beds for a luxurious sleep and the convenience of en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and access to the patio area! Should you wish to bring another fellow traveller, a single bed has been situated in an office area between the two bedrooms, affording additional accommodation!
Outdoors, guests can enjoy the fantastic use of the nature that surrounds the villa and provides it with a level of exclusivity reserved for the elite. Architects have ensured that the lush foliage has been brought into the grounds, with vine-covered archways and blooming, colourful flowers that add flavour and provide shade for guests! Relax under their sweet fragrances on sun-loungers or take a siesta, Spanish style, on the day bed! Dine alfresco with awesome views across the coast as barbecued food is served from the outdoor grill and onto the outdoor dining table! The outdoor pool will entice guests to get inside and escape from the heat or have fun any time they want! /n Security deposit /n €1,500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 - 7.30 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
