Around 2km from the beach, this south-west facing farmhouse has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests, offering spacious living areas both inside and around its magnificent outdoor pool.
The impressive pool terrace surrounds a 10m x 5m swimming pool with a variable depth that is available all year-round. There is room for sunbathing or sitting in the sun with drinks, and gorgeous sea views to admire as you do so. Another terrace area provides a dining space surrounded by trees and plants, and you can also enjoy a barbecue at Villa Malvino.
The interiors are modern and tastefully furnished, with a light and spacious living and dining area you can access directly from the terrace. As well as a fireplace, TV and seating area, this space also contains additional beds which boost this villa’s capacity.
A contemporary kitchen incorporates all the appliances you could need, including an oven, ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, as well as an island/ breakfast bar. A second kitchen and living room is located on the lower-ground floor.
With en suite bathrooms, the quartet of bedrooms have double beds and provide comfortable accommodation suitable for both adults and children. The villa provides other facilities and services including parking for three cars, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Villa Malvino is within 2km of a range of local amenities, including shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. Almayate Alto is around 20 minutes’ drive from the beaches of the popular Torrox Costa to the east – along the way you could stop off at the Aquavelis water park or the Baviera golf course.
