Combining traditional interiors with a contemporary outdoor living space, Villa Ciruela offers a relaxing experience just 37km from Barcelona. Situated in Viladecavalls, west of the larger city of Terrassa, this 3-bedroom holiday home enjoys mountain views and has its own private pool.
A short stroll from the centre of the village, Villa Ciruela offers plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. A spacious terrace enrobes a kidney-shaped swimming pool which is easily accessible from the main living areas inside the house. There are lots of sun loungers, and outdoor seating and dining areas within a few steps of the pool, which enjoys a verdant backdrop – the trees also add to the privacy and seclusion of this area.
The house covers two levels and features a living room with a fireplace and cosy seating area on the lower floor. Decked with wooden beams, this room also provides entertainment with a music system, TV and DVD player – plus there is Wi-Fi too. A rustic kitchen and dining area can also be found on this floor, providing an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
Upstairs you have three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin room. There is a shared bathroom, as well as an en suite attached to one of the double bedrooms. Another bathroom and a double sofa-bed can be found downstairs.
Villa Ciruela is well located for local amenities, with shops and restaurants within 1km. The nearest railway station is also within a few minutes’ drive. The centre of Terrassa is just over 10 minutes away and offers a good mix of shopping, dining and history. Several churches and the ancient castle in the gardens of Vallparadís are among the landmarks worth seeing, along with the impressive central market building which continues to house a marketplace today. /n Security deposit /n €200 payable upon arrival in cash.
