This stunning villa is set across two floors and offers an exterior of whitewashed walls constructed in traditional Spanish villa style, with pillars and wooden beams supporting terraces and patios! Indoors the architects have opted to keep some walls bare to highlight the natural stone used throughout its construction as well as contemporary design and décor across the interiors. Splashes of vibrant colour have been used to bring areas to life!
The lounge area will entice the travelling group to come together and relax! Plush sofas have been laid out in this lofty room to provide opportunities to snuggle up together, and the fireplace here helps to make the room toasty and the evening tender! A satellite television will keep everyone engrossed, which is especially handy if you need to keep guests entertained as you cook!
The fully-equipped, contemporary kitchen, splashed with vivid colours is naturally the place to whip up spreads, prepare snacks and drinks or just store food. A delightful wooden dining table with both a bench and chairs can accommodate the entire travelling crew!
On the ground floor, two bedrooms grant recluse and recovery with soft lighting and splashes of colour to help add character upon your stay in the rooms! One of the bedrooms offers a double bed and the other offers two single beds! Guests have the convenience of en-suite bathroom facilities in both! Upstairs the master bedroom sits alone on this floor, providing access to a terrace, overlooking a beautiful valley and the isle of Es Vedrá. With stylish seats for your morning brews and nightcaps gaze across the picturesque settings at your disposal! The room houses a double bed and yet another en-suite bathroom facility!
Tonnes of space is offered outside with multiple areas for you to chill out and have fun! Under the roof and on the patio, another lounge area is provided for relaxation and another dining area for alfresco feasts! Whip up a meal in the barbecue grill to serve and digest them on the sun-loungers and under parasols! Or better yet, have a lovely siesta, Spanish style in a hammock! Escape the heat and have fun anytime you like in the outdoor pool! /n Security deposit /n €1,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 - 7.30 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
