Whitewashed and sitting majestically alone, Villa Abellot uses stone walls for its exterior build, adding to the nautical vibe ever-present here, whilst indoors interiors have been finished with modern pizazz so expect stylish designs and jazzy décor such as floating stairs, the use of marble in rooms as well as beautiful furnishings!
Indoors, a lofty and large living area ensures the family has a place to gather together and relax as one! Enjoy holiday moments here as you snuggle up after a day of activities on the plump sofas and seats and either indulge in a movie on the satellite television or leave it on as background noise as you chatter through the night! The living area sits with the kitchen, and as it is fully-equipped, you will have no trouble preparing and cooking meals when needed! You probably won't want to do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen will ensure you can store handy treats and beverages for the family to enjoy. If you do prepare a meal, it can be served for all on the dining table in the lounge area!
Three bedrooms sit across the two floors of this villa, so take your pick from any! Each bedroom has been finished with the same neutral colour scheme apparent throughout the house and décor such as rocking chairs so you will feel calm and relaxed when you retreat to your room. Two bedrooms contain two single beds which can be used as a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. The double-bedroom downstairs features an en-suite bathroom, and the upstairs rooms share the use of a family bathroom. The master bedroom even admits access to the terrace where you can enjoy morning coffees and late-night drinks!
Outdoors, Villa Abellot's exterior features a large area for you to unwind in! Dine alfresco on the outdoor table or simply take it easy on the seating area, with comfy cushioned chairs and settee! Alternatively, recline on daybed style sun-loungers or jump straight into the villa's outdoor heat-relieving pool! /n Security deposit /n €1,200 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 - 7.30 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
