Villa Priscila is a modern holiday home that’s set within a coastal, residential area close to the town of Teulada. The villa has several balconies and terraces from where you can soak up the wonderful hillside and sea views.
There’s a stylish, contemporary look to the villa throughout, with a tasteful décor that adds a sense of luxury. Living areas and bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming spaces, with their attention to detail and comfortable furnishings.
The main living room is large and bright, with a neutral décor that oozes style. A collection of comfortable sofas and chairs sit around a television and feature fireplace, creating a lovely space to relax with the family. Palatial archways lead to the dining area with a table that seats up to six people and another seating area. Patio doors open onto a partially-covered terrace that overlooks the pool.
The kitchen is contemporary and full of modern conveniences, including an electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. There’s also a small table for up to four people to enjoy a quick breakfast. A beautiful sunroom has enough seating for everyone to sit down and appreciate the views over the outside space. You can get even closer to the beautiful scenery by opening the patio doors and relaxing on a sun lounger.
There are five bedrooms in total, with all having a double bed and ensuite bathroom each. One particularly luxurious room has its lounge area with sofas and television and direct access to the courtyard terrace with outdoor dining furniture and water fountain.
To the exterior are several partially-covered terraces for relaxing and al fresco dining. The main terrace is home to a large, private swimming pool and a selection of loungers. There’s also a dining table that seats up to six people and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Dotted around the grounds are areas of gravel garden and exotic plants, giving you your slice of the Costa Blanca countryside.
