A spacious holiday home with beautiful architectural design, Villa Lurdes sits within a residential area close to the heart of Moraira on the Costa Blanca.
This villa is pretty in pink to the exterior, which is also somewhat unique in its shape and design. It could almost pass for a fairytale castle, with its stone build, tower, romantic arches and balconies. Inside, there’s a charming feel throughout, with natural wood furnishings and tile floors adding a rustic touch.
Villa Lurdes’ warm, family-friendly accommodation is set over two floors. The living room is a cosy space with enough comfortable sofas and chairs for all the family to relax. An impressive fireplace is the focal point of the space, and there’s also a television for watching films.
Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a classic wood table that seats up to six people. Separating this space and the kitchen is a bar and stools that are ideal for quick breakfasts. You could also use the small table and chairs in the kitchen, which is large and well-equipped with modern facilities. Particularly convenient are the dishwasher and washing machine.
There are four bedrooms in total, with two having a double bed, additional single bed and ensuite bathroom each. The third and fourth bedrooms features three single beds, perfect rooms for the kids to share! All share the use of a large family bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Accessed via patio doors are several partially-covered terraces with outdoor furniture for dining. Within the extensive grounds is a separate building with lounge area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. On the central patio is a lagoon-shaped private swimming pool surrounded by several palm trees for a tropical feel.
Also sitting by the pool are a selection of sun loungers for soaking up the peaceful atmosphere and picturesque mountain views.
