Villa Caetano has an attractive outdoor terrace and private pool and is a lovely holiday home for up to four people. Set in a quiet residential quarter of Moraira, and just a few kilometres from the town centre’s shops, restaurants and beaches, Villa Caetano’s location is pretty wonderful too.
It has a charming, modern interior and there’s a pleasant, fresh feel to every room. Sleeping accommodation comprises a double and a twin room, both with cooling walls and floor, and the bathroom is beautifully tiled. The kitchen-diner is well appointed and sociably connects to the relaxing lounge. From here, you step outside onto the good-sized shady terrace.
Complete with table and chairs, you’re all set for eating al fresco at every opportunity, starting with breakfast and morning coffee. The terrace then extends out to a larger stone-flagged area for following the sun with your lounger or just letting the kids play. An attractive stone path takes you past mature palm trees and well-cared for flower beds, before leading you to the private pool. This peaceful pool terrace area is surrounded by whitewashed villas with terracotta roof tiles and Mediterranean pine. The pool’s broad steps take you into the refreshing water where you and your family can swim, splash and play to your heart’s content.
Shade-seekers will love the reed-covered canopy. Retreat here to a shaded sun lounger to escape the afternoon heat at siesta time. What a blissful way to relax!
Less than a ten-minute drive away is the stylish town of Moraira. You’ll enjoy people-watching at the marina and the two beaches, either side of the town centre, are great for families. Your nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all here.
