Villa Andreia’s location is wonderful, and it can be your very own private villa and pool on the Costa Blanca. Less than five kilometres from the smart town of Moraira and its two beaches, everything you may need or want during your holiday is within easy reach of this villa.
Sleeping four people, the accommodation is small in size but all conveniently located on the ground floor. The double bedroom and twin room both have ceiling fans which will be very welcome after a day in the Mediterranean heat. The kitchen leads out to the lounge-dining area and then you’re greeted by wide patio doors which entice you outside.
The pool terrace is fabulous. And what a view! An expanse of blue sky stretches out in front of you and beyond the terracotta roof tops and palm trees, you have a tantalising glimpse of the sea. Your private pool area is totally encircled by an attractive stone balustrade. There is a sun lounger for everyone around the shaped pool, and a choice of two tables and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or a cooling afternoon drink.
Beyond the pool terrace, Villa Andreia has its own secret garden! Nestled in amongst flowering plants and palm trees is the most charming gravelled garden with stone table, benches and barbecue! It really is a wonderful spot to escape to, either for a quiet read or family barbecue.
Unbelievably, Villa Andreia has one more hidden gem. From the pool area, there are several steps leading up to the roof terrace. Here, you have an even better view of the sea and it offers yet another corner for you to sit with a drink and admire the view.
Take the road to the coast and within minutes you’ll reach Moraira. What used to be a fishing village is now an upmarket town and popular with both visitors and the locals. There is a wonderful selection of cafes, bars and restaurants and your nearest and largest beach is Playa de l’Ampolla.
