Villa Alcantara is the perfect accommodation for two families or a large group of friends wanting to holiday together but wanting a little private time too. This special villa oozes rustic charm and sits in a privileged position on the hills above Moraira, Costa Blanca with spectacular views.
Moraira is an endearing fishing village surrounded by remarkable rocks and stunning blue waters. With a relaxed vibe, unspoilt scenery all around, an impressive marina and two brilliant Blue Flag beaches, it really is a wonderful destination for a summer holiday.
Villa Alcantara is divided into two separate floors each with their own entrance, kitchens and living spaces. In total it has five bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. The villa is so charming with traditional wooden doors and beams. With modern décor, fittings and furniture are wonderful and very comfortable to stay in. On the upper level, which is accessed directly from the street, there are two large double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms connects to a third bedroom with a trundle bed. There are two lovely bathrooms on this floor with showers. The internal stairs lead to a fabulous living room with a fireplace and awesome views. The smart kitchen is off the living room. The dining room has a grill and huge windows so that you can admire the scenery. From the dining area, you can access the splendid garden and pool. The lower level of the villa is accessed from the entrance of the pool and also offers a wonderful, spacious living room with a small, contemporary kitchen, two large double bedrooms and two very smart bathrooms – one with a bath and the other a shower. The windows of the living room open to a fabulous terrace overlooking the stunning green valley. There is a barbecue area and another terrace.
The outside space of this villa is very special with fantastic views out to the sea and of Moraira below. The pool area is spectacular with lush planting all around in the garden, sun loungers, barbecue and an outdoor dining area. There is so much space for everyone to enjoy sunny days together. The villa has covered parking for three cars. This villa is absolutely perfect for a large group of holidaymakers that want to have fun together but perhaps might enjoy a little private time. /n Security deposit /n €150 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 11 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €150 per stay. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels. /n Energy costs included? /n Electricity consumption is limited to 50 kws per week, above which there is a charge of €0.25 per KWs used. /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi is included in the rental price /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights during high season
