This 5-bedroom villa in the Balcón al Mar district of Jávea offers panoramic sea views from its elevated position. They are at their most spectacular from Villa San Pedro’s magnificent pool terrace, which provides the perfect excuse to laze the day away in the Costa Blanca sun.
The house positions you around 8km from Jávea’s beautiful Arenal beach. There’s a large, fenced garden, sun loungers and garden chairs on the terrace, and the impressive swimming pool, measuring 10m x 5m, is available to use all year round. There’s also an outdoor shower and a barbecue, because it will be hard to resist eating outside in this climate.
The 2-storey villa features a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, DVD and a music system in the comfortable living area. There’s direct access to the terrace and a fine view through the large windows. The kitchen has a dining area and all the appliances from dishwasher to coffee machine – and it’s just a few steps away.
Bedrooms are spread across the two floors, with two on the lower level and three above. Air-conditioning and fans keep the rooms cool and comfortable, and you have bathrooms on both floors, as well as an additional kitchenette on the lower level. As it’s roughly halfway between Valencia and Alicante, it’s also easy to reach – both airports are around 75 minutes’ drive from Jávea.
