This attractive villa in the Costa Blanca town of Jávea is ideally located for the centre and just 2km from the sea. The hilltop location gives it fine views over the town, which can be enjoyed from its irresistible poolside terrace.
Villa Chaxiraxi lies in a quiet location with 2000 sq. m of gardens. The grounds incorporate a 13x5m swimming pool, a whirlpool bath and a pool house, plus you have a barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture, including sun loungers on the lawn.
Inside, the house has been tastefully renovated and features a large living and dining room. There’s lots of room for everyone to enjoy the satellite TV and music system. The kitchen provides a microwave, coffee machine, large fridge freezer and a whole lot more, and has direct access to the garden.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. There are 3 doubles, one of which has its own shower and whirlpool bath, and a further twin room. Among the other benefits of the house are air-conditioning, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi, as well as parking for four cars.
Whether you like your beaches with sand, shingle or pebbles, there is one just a short distance away to suit you. Jávea is a charming small town with a pretty marina and harbour, as well as excellent shops and restaurants. The food and wine of the Mediterranean will be a highlight of your stay – be sure to try anything produced in the local area, much of which you will find on offer at the town’s indoor market.
Golfers will want to take advantage of the nearby Jávea Golf Club which enjoys a picturesque setting just outside the town.
