Villa Jordana is a stylish holiday home in the quiet Costa Blanca neighbourhood of Benissa that enjoys pleasant views of lush trees and the hills beyond.

A blend of contemporary cool and traditional rustic charm, this villa looks excellent but is also an extremely comfortable base for your holiday. Natural materials are used throughout, with quality wood furnishings and some brick and stone features adding even more character. Large windows and patio doors also help bring the beautiful outside in.

The villa’s luxurious accommodation is set over two floors. A wonderfully cosy open plan living/dining space has been designed and decorated to feel like the traditional Spanish heart of the home.

Two comfortable sofas are ideally positioned to appreciate the beautiful wood fireplace, and there’s also a television, should you prefer watching that instead. A classic dining table seats up to four people. Adjacent to this space is a well-equipped and quality kitchen. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine to provide even more convenience during your stay.

All three bedrooms are large and boast a stylish, modern décor. One bedroom has a double bed, the second features both a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, with one having a shower and the other featuring both a shower and a bathtub.

To the exterior of the villa is a large terrace with a partially-covered area being home to a selection of outdoor furniture for both relaxing and dining. The star feature of the patio is the private swimming pool that’s surrounded by sun loungers.

There’s also an outdoor shower for refreshing yourself after a dip or an afternoon of leisurely enjoying the views. A barbecue allows you to grill some local fish or seafood for a delicious al fresco dinner.
