Cobblestone paving surrounds the home and provides what feels like an endless outdoor area, broken only by your private pool and the fencing that frames the panoramic views.
The indoor decor is best described as quaint, with a rocking chair in the corner of the lounge and an old wooden desk in each guest room. Light and uncluttered, everything has its purpose whether it is a relaxing spot to read your newest novel or a place to sit and write postcards to create envy amongst those at home.
While the open plan, the archways and small stairs create the idea of little rooms. Giving the best of both worlds in terms of privacy and group living. With a separate living room, complete with cable and satellite TV, and dining room there is plenty of space for movie night, game night and just a spot to relax after a long day exploring.
The villa’s large kitchen has all the amenities you need to feel at home such as a gas hob and gas oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, electric kettle and toaster. And there are plenty of luxuries, such as a dishwasher, coffee machine and juicer. Separate is the utility room with a washing machine which, while not luxury or exciting, is essential.
As you rest your head at night, there are plenty of options for guests with two bedrooms each with two single beds and two double bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms, one with a single washbasin, shower and toilet and the other a bath.
Step outside and you will never get used to the views, best enjoyed from the roof terrace - of course. The private pool is complete with sunbeds and there is even an outdoor shower should you want to freshen up between swims or trips to the beach. Feasts can be cooked on the barbecue and enjoyed on one of the three terraces, one of which is covered. Of course, there is also an outdoor dining area to ensure you soak up every last drop of the sun.
With two private parking spaces, there is enough space inside and outside for everyone.
