Villa Ivo is a chic holiday home in the town of Benissa and is ideally located for exploring the cities and villages on the Costa Blanca. Surrounded by beautiful trees and overlooking the city, this villa is also a peaceful, relaxing retreat.
Comfortably furnished with a stylish yet welcoming décor, Villa Ivo offers spacious accommodation for enjoying the perfect family holiday. Balconies, terraces and attractive outside space all provide lovely views over the garden and local area.
Villa Ivo’s rooms are set over two floors and enjoy a harmonious flow throughout. The main living space is open plan, with a lounge that features two large sofas, a fireplace, a television, DVD player and doors that lead out to a balcony terrace with outdoor furniture.
Through an archway is the dining area that’s full of light and had a table that seats up to four people. Back into the lounge and another entrance takes you into the well-equipped kitchen.
Everything you need for preparing and cooking meals is on offer, including a fridge-freezer, oven and hob. There’s also a washing machine for an additional convenient feature.
Another bonus is a second, more informal living room in which to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before moving onto the outdoor dining table on the terrace for an al fresco meal. There’s also a small kitchen within this partially-covered area of the terrace.
The three bedrooms are light and have a comfortable feel. All have a double bed each and two benefits from air-conditioning. There are also three bathrooms, with two having a shower and one that features both a shower and a bathtub.
To the exterior of the villa are a large terrace with a private swimming pool, selection of sun loungers, seating areas and a barbecue.
