There’s a cosy electric fireplace in the living room area on the first floor, plus a separate dining and kitchen area with all the necessary amenities such as a coffee machine, juicer, microwave, fridge freezer and stove. All the quintessentially Costa Blanca bedrooms feature air conditioning and ceiling fans, with each of them containing double beds and an ensuite shower room or bathroom, apart from the twin bedroom which has access to a seperate bathroom further along on that floor.
The wonderfully kept garden boasts sunbeds and an al fresco dining area by the pool, ideal for entertaining and lapping up the glorious Costa Blanca sun. The surrounding area benefits from low traffic, remaining peaceful at all times, meaning that spending ample time in Villa Gracilia’s sunny garden area is encouraged for hypnotising yourself into a state of complete Spanish style tranquility.
There’s even a more intimate al fresco dining area, complete with a sumptuous carved stone dining area, plus a stone oven and barbecue area, ideal for a more private dining experience, along with an outdoor shower for cooling off after a swim.
