Villa Optria has been refurbished to recreate the typical housing style of Algarve homes, with stunning pops of colour to add character. Villa Optria has combined the typical housing style with the modern to create a unique and beautiful home. There is an American style living room which is spacious and bright. This room creates an open plan floor with the kitchen and dining area. This space helps create an open and comfortable atmosphere, and it benefits from the natural light that is let in by the large glass doors that lead out to the garden. The living room has a large flat-screen television so that you can gather around for entertainment, or evening chats and a holiday beverage.
The kitchen has an elegant design and has been fully equipped with modern appliances, and the dining table is set for ten. The easy access to the kitchen, dining table and sofas mean that no one is excluded while you’re relaxing in this area, your nominated chef won’t feel alone while everyone else engages in conversation!
The ground floor also has two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite rooms equipped with double beds. One of these ground floor bedrooms has access out into the garden. These rooms are minimally decorated, and they’re warm and cosy locations for you to rest your head. The en-suite rooms have shower cubicles.
The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. All three on the first floor are en-suite bedrooms, two have double beds and the final room has two twin beds. The two double bedrooms have balcony’s which offer lovely views, and the twin room has beautiful garden views. Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms. Also on the first floor, there is a sofa area with a balcony called the “Winter” room, which is a lovely location for relaxing away from the main gathering point.
When you exit out into the garden, you have a lovely well-kept lawn area surrounding a large private swimming pool. Around the pool, there are five double sun loungers, fixed in position, as well as umbrellas and seating arrangements perfect for relaxing outside comfortably.
