With room for up to 14 guests, Casa da Baia is located in the centre of Setúbal on Portugal’s Lisbon Coast. Ideally located for the Arrábida Natural Park and Sado Estuary Nature Reserve, and around 45 minutes from the capital itself, this villa offers a magnificent pool and terrace alongside four floors of stylish accommodation.
Around the 8m x 3.5m pool you have an array of sun loungers as well as a barbecue area. Within 1km of the villa you will find restaurants and shops, and the nearest beach, Praia da Saúde, is just over 2km away.
Inside, there is also a hot tub and a games room with access to the pool area. This room also offers a dining table with seating for 12 and a small kitchen. The main living area is two floors up and has a balcony with panoramic views, as well as access to the pool area via stairs. A fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining room can also be found on this floor.
The six bedrooms are spread across three floors, with one double bedroom on the middle floor and another on the ground floor. On the top floor, you have the remaining four. The master comes with its own en suite bathroom, while the other three doubles share a bathroom on the same floor.
Setúbal has a lot to offer within a short walk of Casa da Bahia, including restaurants, a fish market, water-sports and boat tours. You can take a boat to nearby Troia where you will find a casino, golf resort and beautiful beaches.
Arrábida Natural Park is only 7km away and is undoubtedly one of the area’s highlights, stretching all the way down the coast to Sesimbra, and taking in beaches such as Praia dos Galapos and Praia da Figueirinha.
