Villa Moura will be enjoyed by all members of the family, with its excellent facilities including an impressive cinema room and gym. Outside, you have lots of space for dinner and drinks by the pool, with seating and dining areas along with parasol-covered sun loungers. Its large, private outdoor area features a magnificent swimming pool surrounded by tall conifers and overlooked by a spacious sun terrace.
There are various attractive living areas inside the house, with a comfortable lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen all tastefully furnished and decorated in calm, neutral tones. You can walk straight from the kitchen to the terrace outside and enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee in the sunshine.
Villa Moura has five bedrooms, including a double and twin – both with en-suite bathroom – on the ground floor. There’s an additional double bedroom in the basement, and an en-suite twin on the first floor, with direct access to the balcony.
Also - on the first floor, the master suite is a real treat, with a dressing area and spacious en-suite with both a bath tub and shower. Again, you have direct access to the balcony from this beautiful room.
There’s plenty to do on the basement level, with a gym, games room and cinema room. With plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie, large curtained screen and high-quality sound, you get the full cinema experience without leaving the house. In the games room, you have table tennis, pool and table football, as well as space to just chill out.
There uis plenty for the whole family to see, do and explore in the area, among other places of interest within a short drive are Albufeira, where the pretty Old Town is kept separate from the livelier tourist zone, and the charming city of Faro which has much of historical interest to see, as well as the sandy beach and Rio Formosa National Park. The pleasant town of Almancil, neighbouring São Lourenço village and pretty Loulé give you many more options, none more than 20 minutes away.
