Within the narrow, cobbled streets of the historic centre, you will find interesting museums, an imposing fort, lavish houses and charming, unique shops and restaurants. You can enjoy delicious waterside cocktails and fresh fish at the gourmet restaurants. A short train ride can take you into the centre of Lisbon or to one of the delightful beaches along the coast. Around the corner, you will find the atmospheric and beautiful Sintra.

A huge U-shaped sofa offers guests the chance to relax and enjoy the massive smart television whilst alternative seating enjoys gorgeous garden views or places for a quiet read. The dining area is smart and elegant, and huge sliding doors open to the terrace. The glossy white, contemporary kitchen offers huge appliances and a lovely central island where guests can keep the chef company with a glass of wine in hand. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided for your morning cup of coffee. There is also a delightful breakfast table where you may want to feed children early. Two-bedroom suites are also located on the ground floor. Both are gorgeous with double beds, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and access to the garden. One of the bedrooms also boasts a closet area, and there is the possibility of adding another single bed if you have any extra guests.
The vast, glorious master suite is located on the first floor with a kingsize bed, an immaculate ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, a walk-in closet and a balcony to enjoy the gorgeous views of Sintra’s alluring Pena Palace. The suite is beautiful in white and cool blue tones with lots of windows letting the light in. Another suite enjoys a double bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, a closet and the possibility of adding another single bed. The final bedroom enjoys a comfortable double bed and a balcony with palace views. Every bathroom in this amazing villa offers fantastic, powerful showers and exquisite tiling.
The outside space of Villa Merida is outstanding. The heated 12m x 7m swimming pool is surrounded by loungers and an umbrella. A lush lawn runs to the borders, which are planted with a range of lovely shrubs and trees. The plush, covered alfresco dining and lounge area boasts deluxe furnishings, including a popular egg chair. There is parking for 3 cars.
