Villa Constancia is a stylish villa located within the Aroeira Golf Resort that enjoys its large garden, as well as access to the resort’s facilities.
Backed by an area of cool pine forest, the décor of the villa reflects its beautiful surroundings. Soft furnishings in shades of slate grey are set against fresh, white walls, and a unique area of indoor greenery helps bring the outside in.
The accommodation of Villa Constancia is set over two floors, with a beautiful staircase connecting the ground and first levels. On the ground floor is a wonderful open plan living and dining area. A comfy sofa and chairs sit in front of large patio doors that lead straight out into the outside space. A huge television with HDMI and USB inputs offers a variety of entertainment options for evenings in. Sharing this space is a dining area with a table that seats up to 10 people and doors to a partially covered terrace. There’s also a small office space with a desk that’s ideal for catching up on work or checking emails. The beautiful kitchen is well equipped with a range of modern facilities and also has a small dining table for casual breakfasts or lunches. A light, the bright bedroom features a double bed and bathroom with shower.
To the first floor are a further three bedrooms. One is an impressive master suite with a double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. There’s another bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower. The last bedroom features three single beds. A family bathroom with shower provides a beautiful space in which to relax or get ready for a busy day out. There’s a terrace with stunning views and a seating area to make the most of them.
Two ground level terraces offer further living options with seating for relaxing and an outdoor table and chairs for dining, along with a gas grill. The villa sits within a plot that’s mostly made up of lawns and is bordered by attractive hedges that also provide peace and privacy. A fenced, private swimming pool is the main feature and has a decked space with comfortable cushions and chairs. A trampoline and football net will keep the children entertained.
