Casa Caja is the picture of modern design; sleek floor-to-ceiling windows in every room fill the interior with daylight and command spectacular ocean views. On the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed; both have their own private en-suite bathrooms. There is also a laundry room and a garage.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and appliances, as well as a large open-plan living and dining room. The living areas have been superbly decorated, with a large L-shape sofa and a flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows envelop the property, providing panoramic views of Portugal’s Silver Coast and allowing direct access to an outdoor terrace. There is also a further bedroom suite with a king-size bed, TV and lavish en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All of the lavish bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and have been finished to a very high standard, creating a private haven for guests to relax and get a good nights’ sleep.
Outside, guests will be swept away by the stunning views. The living space opens out directly onto a large sunny terrace area that offers sweeping views across the surrounding landscapes. The terrace has a jacuzzi, two sun loungers and a fantastic outdoor dining area where guests can prepare and enjoy al fresco delicious meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Praia do Salgado beach is located just 500m from Villa Caja, and amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets are located just 1km away.
